Pre-Cleaning Instructions
Moving Cleans
Please read the information below to learn how to properly prepare for your upcoming Moving Clean!
Avoid extra fees by being prepared! Don't hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions.
Pre-Cleaning Checklist
Tasks to be done by the CLIENT before the Cleaners arrive.
General
Ensure children and pets are kept away from cleaning areas and equipment.
The home must be completely vacant before our arrival. Please remove all furniture, boxes, personal belongings, and trash unless otherwise arranged.
Electricity and running water must be available throughout the appointment.
Please ensure all rooms, closets, cabinets, and appliances are accessible for cleaning.
If the home is not fully emptied upon arrival, additional charges may apply or certain areas may be excluded from the cleaning.
Kitchen
Empty all cabinets, drawers, pantry shelves, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and any other storage areas.
Remove all food, dishes, cookware, and personal belongings.
Empty all trash and recycling containers.
Bathrooms
Remove all items from vanities, cabinets, drawers, shower shelves, medicine cabinets, and countertops.
Flush all toilets before our arrival.
Please ensure bodily fluids, hazardous waste, or biohazards have been removed prior to service.
Remove towels, bath mats, shower curtains, and personal toiletries.
Bedrooms
Must be totally empty (I know you're tired of seeing it at this point)!
When in doubt, clear it out and we'll take care of the rest!
By the time we're done... The place will be move-in ready!
